Coconut Oil & Honey Elixir

Coconut Oil & Honey Elixir

To make like tea, to drink like an elixir. (drink on empty stomach)

Hot water 12-16 ounces
Fresh sliced ginger 1/4 cup
Fresh peppermint leaves 4-5 (or a dried tea bag for peppermint tea)
Fresh squeeze of lemon or lime juice about a tablespoon
Coconut Oil (start with 1 tsp, build up to 1 TBS a day recommended)
Manuka honey, to taste (some like more sweet, some like less) (1 -2 TBS)

Balances blood sugar, supports metabolism, good for brain health, and helps joint mobility (not range of motion, more like less aches and creaks).
